Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create and manage content calendars for multiple social media platforms
  • Produce engaging, platform-specific content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.)
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments and messages across platforms
  • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure consistent messaging
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates
  • Coordinate live social media coverage for events or product launches
  • Develop and manage user-generated content initiatives
  • Create and present regular reports on social media performance to stakeholders
  • Manage social media budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Develop and nurture online communities around the brand
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create visually appealing content
  • Manage social media partnerships and collaborations with other brands or organisations
  • Manage and grow social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
