Leading organisations established the African Coalition of Private Enterprises (AfriCOPE) with the aim of developing world-class African professionals for the global job market. Our 2024 hiring program recruits candidates across multiple career stages and provides an intensive three-month preparatory training before full-time placement within our partner organisations. AfriCOPE’s focus isn’t on finding the most brilliant employees but on seeking those eager to learn brilliantly.

Our Process

  • Apply: Eligible candidates should submit their applications on or before Aug 10th, 2024 which is now CLOSED
  • Evaluation: Selected applicants will be invited to participate in a comprehensive test-based evaluation.
  • Verification: Credentials of candidates who pass the test-based evaluation will be authenticated.
  • Incubation: Verified candidates join our three-month training program to assess their career level and sharpen their skills, receiving a monthly stipend of $400 during the program.
  • Placement: Upon completing the training program, candidates will be inducted into the full-time workforce and have the opportunity to negotiate a competitive salary package.

Organised professionals who provide remote assistance to individuals or businesses, handling a variety of administrative, technical, and creative tasks. They manage emails and schedules, make travel arrangements, conduct research, manage social media accounts, perform data entry and other microtasks. The salary package is tiered based on professional experience, with entry-level salaries starting at $700.
